Half of sweater finished!
I've finished the back of my first sweater - a Rowan pattern. It's a sleeveless turtleneck and both the front and the back are exactly the same. When finished it will also have some decorative mohair yarn-embroidered lines running diagonally/abstractly across the front. Here's a pic so far...
Here's the yarn I'm going to use for the next sweater I plan to make from InterWeave Knits Fall '05 issue. It's the Union Square Market Sweater on the cover. (see it here). This is super soft Alpaca. I'm using the darker blue for the main color and the light blue for the trim.
This is my first attempt at plying my handspun yarn. This is the Indian Wedding yarn (from earlier post).
